FieldAssist International B.V. has been developing field service software since the company was founded in 1999. What started out as a ‘digital work order’ has grown into an innovative software solution offering a wide range of standard functionalities. Our field service software has been developed for any business with field service operations. Thousands of users both within the Netherlands and abroad benefit from using FieldAssist software, which provides an optimum link between scheduling, field service staff and ERP systems.
Many years of experience and expertise and close collaboration with the international business sector have resulted in FieldAssist’s reputation for being a reliable, innovative and comprehensive developer and supplier of Service Management Software.
FieldAssist’s field service software is used across all sectors that deploy (service) staff in the field. Our field service software has been developed for digitalising and organising field service scheduling, all the way from order intake to order completion and covering the handling of work orders, stock management and other administrative tasks. Our software solution and a link to your ERP system provide an efficient and clear digital overview of each of these activities.
FieldAssist has been part of the Moonen Group of Companies since 2006. This internationally oriented group of companies employs more than 500 staff. The activities carried out by the various companies in the group are brought together in one central organisation.
