Your planner uses the FieldAssist Planning Board. This is a clearly laid out digital planning board which is used for assigning orders to field service engineers, either automatically or manually, on the basis of criteria such as region, skills, vehicle stocks and availability.
The location of each service order and the locations of the field service engineers are displayed on the digital planning board. In the event of an urgent order coming in, the planner can immediately change the schedule.
In this display option, the digital planning board shows the planned orders per field service engineer. The planner has a clear insight into each specific engineer, enabling him to schedule orders on the basis of expertise, for example
